About the holding
The Belresursy Holding was established in January 2014. It comprises 15 wholesale and industrial organizations resident in the Republic of Belarus. Their main activities include wholesale and retail trade in metal products, chemicals, rubber goods, and construction materials; manufacturing industrial and consumer goods; plastic products, film, synthetic detergents, and cardboard packaging; collecting and processing secondary materials; organizing procurement procedures for goods, works, and services, including government procurement; and providing logistics, brokerage, and other services.
According to the law, Belresursy Holding is a holding company with state participation and is registered by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus in the State Register of Holdings under No. 74 (holding registration certificate dated January 28, 2014, No. 74) with the management company State Enterprise Belresursy - the management company of the Belresursy holding. (As of July 1, 2019, State Enterprise Belresursy - the management company of the Belresursy holding was transformed into OJSC Belresursy - the management company of the Belresursy holding).
According to the amendments registered with the Ministry of Economy on December 1, 2023, Belresursy Holding comprises 14 wholesale and industrial organizations that are residents of the Republic of Belarus and one closed joint-stock company that is not a resident of the Republic of Belarus.

As a market leader, Belresursy Holding operates a comprehensive network of specialized and general-purpose warehouse facilities located in Minsk, all regional centers, and many district centers across the country. These facilities are equipped with the necessary equipment for the storage and processing of metal products, chemicals, construction materials, mechanical engineering, electrical equipment, and other products.
As a leader in the collection (procurement) of secondary materials and their processing, Belresursy Holding operates a wide network of collection sites for mixed cullet from legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, as well as collection and processing points for waste paper, cullet, polymers, waste management products, scrap metal, and household appliance waste from the public.
Belresursy Holding employs highly qualified personnel with extensive practical experience. The holding employs over 2,400 people.
