Organization of procurement of goods

In accordance with Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 01/11/2019 No. 11 “On the Belresursy Holding”, the state trade and production association “Belresursy” was transformed into an open joint-stock company from 07/01/2019.

The same Decree amended the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated January 29, 2007 No. 53 “On some issues of transformation of the Belarusian Concern for Material Resources” in terms of excluding the functions of the organizer for conducting procedures for public procurement of goods if the customer decides on this.

Taking into account the above, according to the charter of OJSC "Belresursy" - the management company of the holding "Belresursy" from 07/01/2019, the company as an organizer carries out procurement procedures for goods (works, services) only for subsidiaries of the holding "Belresursy" (regardless of the source of financing), as well as government bodies (at the expense of the republican budget) in accordance with the instructions of the Council of Ministers.
