Purchase and export of scrap and waste of carbide products and alloy steels

Since 2011, JSC Belresursy, the management company of the Belresursy holding, has been exporting scrap and waste hard alloy products and alloy steels from the Republic of Belarus.

In accordance with Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated April 10, 2023 No. 93 “On the procedure for handling scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals” and Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated May 24, 2023 No. 341 “On the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 10 April 2023 No. 93", JSC "Belresursy" - the management company of the holding "Belresursy" in 2024 is purchasing from legal entities scrap and waste of carbide products and alloy steels of the following groups:

Scrap and waste of corrosion-resistant stainless steels with a nickel content of 8% or more (3B26, 3B55)

Scrap and waste of tool high-speed steels (5BR6M5)

Scrap and waste of tool high-speed steels (3BR6M5)

Scrap and waste of tool high-speed steels (5BR6M5 30/70)

Lump scrap and waste of tool high-speed steels with a difficult-to-separate body. The working part is made of high-speed steel R6M5, 30%, the fastening part, made of steel 45, is 70%.
