Sorting of cullet

In pursuance of the order of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated January 29, 2010 No. 32/221-67, 225-237 and the activities of the State program for the collection (harvesting) and processing of secondary raw materials in the Republic of Belarus for 2009 - 2015, approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 07/22/2009 No. 327, GO "Belresursy" On December 29, 2012, the production of sorting mixed glass cullet was put into operation in Minsk.

The design capacity of the established enterprise is 120 thousand tons per year (with three-shift work).

The raw material for sorting production is glass containers from food products (glass containers), which are formed after consumption of goods and have lost their consumer properties.

Sorting of mixed cullet is carried out on modern Austrian equipment "Binder+Co AG", which makes it possible to exclude metal mesh reinforced glass, mirrors, triplex, refractory glass, ceramics, porcelain, slag, coal, brick, stone, crushed stone, concrete and asphalt.

The processing product of glass sorting production is container glass, cleared of foreign impurities (labels, caps, dispensers, decorative elements, etc.) and sorted according to color parameters: half-white, green, brown, screenings of mixed glass cullet.

The resulting sorted cullet is a ready-made raw material for the production of glass containers, the quality of which corresponds to European standards and allows us to completely eliminate the import of cullet.

The use of raw materials of this quality increases the production efficiency of glass factories by eliminating additional costs for its further sorting, and there is no need to develop handicraft sorting production (using manual labor) directly at glass factories.

According to tests carried out by the State Enterprise "NIISM Institute", the cullet obtained during sorting according to its chemical composition complies with STB GOST R 52022-2003 "Glass containers for food, perfume and cosmetic products. Glass grades."
